For Chapter 13 Bankruptcy,

you will need to email us in Adobe PDF format copies of the following:
Your tax returns for the last three years Your paystubs from the last six months Current Bank Statements for each account Recent Pension, Retirement, IRA, 401K and Life Insurance Statements if they have cash surrender value. Current Mortgage Statements (s) Current auto loans Statement (s) Deed to your house(s) Car Title(s) Signed retainer agreement, advice forms and other required forms (We will send these in PDF format)
