C. Edward Hartman IV is a fourth-generation attorney based in Annapolis, MD, with a deep-rooted commitment to the legal profession. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, where he developed a keen understanding of human behavior. This background proved invaluable during his internship with Circuit Court Justice Ronald Silkworth, where he gained hands-on experience in the legal system.
Edward continued his education at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating and passing the bar to begin his legal career. He initially worked as a general practice attorney in Annapolis, handling a wide array of cases. After focusing his practice on domestic law, Edward joined Pare and Associates in 2024.
His legal expertise spans District and Circuit Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court, Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and Court of Appeals.
