David Moreno
David Moreno is a dedicated attorney with over 13 years of experience primarily in family law, and other practice areas such as immigration, personal injury, and business. Since 2010, David has successfully managed a wide range of family and domestic cases, from complex child custody and child support disputes to intricate property division matters, contested divorces, and facilitated amicable resolutions when possible. His approach to legal practice is rooted in a commitment to personal service, ensuring that he listens to his clients’ concerns and tailors solutions to meet their unique needs.
David earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and completed legal courses abroad with the William and Mary School of Law, including an externship with the Royal Consul to the King of Spain. During his time at the University of Baltimore, he gained hands-on experience as a student attorney and immigration advocate, working with asylum seekers and permanent residence applicants.
His passion for service extends beyond the legal field. David spent two years as a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa where he developed marketing seminars for women’s entrepreneurial groups, created French-language business courses, and secured funding from USAID for AIDS prevention and safe practices.
David is fluent in Spanish, and conversational in French, and has represented clients from many diverse backgrounds and cultures. He loves the outdoors, travel, and spending time with his family and labradoodle.
